In terms of structural design, the Jingong Differential Lock demonstrates exceptional craftsmanship: it innovatively adopts a unique structural design combined with optimized oil passage holes, improving oil flow efficiency by 30%. The gasket material has been upgraded to high-strength material and treated with salt bath composite surface processing, effectively resolving the long-standing industry challenge of high differential wear. 

Regarding control strategies, the Jingong Differential Lock pioneered the "Electric Differential Lock Control Strategy Under Wheel Speed Loss." Through a dynamic torque compensation algorithm on the power end, it fills the technical gap in extreme off-road conditions, ensuring stable vehicle performance in critical escape scenarios. 

In terms of methodological innovation, the product adopts a diversified electrical unit architecture, building D/P/Artillery series software platforms. It also independently developed an LDO+MOS tube driving solution, successfully overcoming overseas chip supply barriers and establishing a self-controlled supply chain system, laying a solid foundation for sustained innovation and stable delivery. 

In response speed, the Jingong Differential Lock employs a direct current drive design, achieving millisecond-level locking time without relying on wheel speed difference to trigger. Additionally, the electronic control unit utilizes PWM pulse-width modulation technology to precisely control the starting current and holding current, achieving efficient coordination between locking actions and state maintenance. This reduces energy consumption by 40% and significantly extends the lifespan of the electromagnetic coil. The system integrates multiple safety features, including low-speed locking, overspeed alerts, automatic high-speed unlocking, and emergency power-off unlocking, comprehensively ensuring driving safety. It also supports strategy customization, offers strong openness, and can flexibly adapt to different user scenario requirements.
